The App accesses sleep data from Apple Health (HealthKit), including:

• Time in bed

Your sleep data is used exclusively to:

• Calculate sleep scores and sleep debt
• Analyze sleep patterns and trends
• Generate personalized sleep insights and recommendations

Data Storage

All data processing happens locally on your device. Your sleep data is never transmitted to external servers, cloud services, or third parties. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your health data.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your health data to any third party. Your data stays on your device.

Analytics and Tracking

The App does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or any personal information.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the App removes all associated data. You can also revoke HealthKit access at any time through Settings > Privacy & Security > Health on your device.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
